Maternity Leave placement for 12 month contract.
We have three clean rooms and a small dedicated team of production technicians and logistics personell.
You will be responsible for the overall sign off and management of production operations. The team has a newly promoted production supervisor who will organise the day to day operations and schedules for deliverables. Your role is to iron out any ripples and keep an eye on the overall process to ensure Quality and deliverables are on track.
The facility has a series of New clean rooms and laboratories for the manufacture of biomedical devices and therapautic goods. As such the facility has a TGA license and Quality Manufacturing System that complies with ISO 13485.
We are launching several new products and there is a good deal of growth and investment happening within the operations.
Our systems are well documented with strong SOP's. You will not necessarily have had experience in these products previously. We are able to train you in this role.
As a minimum you must have:
- Worked in an environment complying to the code of GMP or GLP;
- A background either working in a manufacturing facility or laboratory
- Have some formal education at diploma or degree level.
We would be happy to consider experience from various regulated manufacturing backgrounds or laboratory and microbiological areas.
The days of work are flexible to some point, Wednesdays and Fridays are a necessary the third day can be your choice. Hours are usually 8am to 4pm.
