Customer Service Rep
 
Our client is an international communications and technology provider who is committed to the broadcasting industry; they focus on helping customers succeed as they transition to the digital media world. They have become a leader in the global markets it serves, providing products, systems and services to customers in more than 150 countries.
 
Currently due to new software product launches, they require two (2) Customer Service Representatives to work within the Professional Services Team.
 
The position is busy, challenging, varied and exciting; it will see no two days being the same and have you multi-tasking on a daily basis. You MUST be able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping any balls.
 
You will be responsible for coordinating with the Professional Services Manager as well as other CSR's to dispatch and keep track of Field Engineers' activities by maintaining the master schedule calendar. You will be responding to service requests, service orders, stock control and dispatch and all Return material Authorisations.  
 
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
Requires completion of a high school certificate.
Must be detail oriented
Strong communication skills required - written and verbal
Must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to multitask.
Must have strong follow-up and administration skills.
Must be able to lift up to 20 kilos
Positive attitude.
Must display initiative.
Must display a desire to improve processes and systems.
Must have excellent communication skills.
