We are seeking a mature and experienced customer service specialist for a growing and successful registered training organisation, based in Frankston.
The organisation is Frankston based, and a leading RTO (Registered Training Organisation) who specialise in training in the aged care, hospitality and child care.
In this role, you will be contacting a broad and dynamic base of customers (predominantly in the aged care, child care and hospitality industries), to ascertain training needs for existing staff and potentially eligibility for federal funding.
