Birdee Num Num's pool side, beer garden location is unique within in the Fortitude Valley area. We serve a diverse mix of international travellers and local party-goers.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed qualified Chef or experienced Cook to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be organized, enthusiastic and hard working.
You would be expected to have a good work ethic, passion for food and excellent communication as you will be responsible for various kitchen duties. On regular occasion you will also be required to operate the kitchen unsupervised.
Possessing strong attention to detail you will understand the requirements for food preparation to prescribed standards, together with maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
Flexibility with hours is essential as you will be required to work late nights and weekends.
