Administration Assistant

  • Carers Victoria is a reputable community based organisation that is passionate about leading change and action. We are the state-wide voice for family carers, representing and providing support to carers in the community.

    We are currently increasing our pool of casual administration staff and require skilled and experienced people who are available on weekdays including the Christmas and New Year period. You will be bright, passionate, confident and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will have the ability to relate effectively with clients, service providers, staff and other key stakeholders. High level writing skills including grammar, spelling and correct use of language are essential as is patience, diplomacy and impeccable customer service.
     

    Duties may include any of the following: front of house reception, data entry, filing, mail outs, phone enquiries, general office duties and accounts payable/receivable.
