Essential Property Services require the service of an Assistant Project Manager/ Co-ordinator for a period of 3 to 4 months.
This position will be located in our Fitzroy office and will consist of reporting directly to the project manager assisting in documentation, contractor management, programming and job scheduling.
The candidate should have 2-3 years experience in project management, be able to work in a small team, be proficient in Word and Excel software.
You will have strong co-ordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on budget and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate teams which contribute to the project deliverables.
- Co-ordination of project resources and tasks.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups.
- Planning & schedule management. Ensures plans are developed and monitors deliverables against plan.
- Responsible for project communication and managing expectations.
- Provides regular reporting of project progress against schedule.
You ideally will possess a Project Management accreditation and will demonstrate your skills and experience for the position by providing a detailed cover letter.
