The role is based on island and will be responsible for coordinating the training and development of all employees across the Housekeeping Division on island.

Reporting directly to the Learning and Development Manager you will ensure that operational teams are equipped with the necessary skills in order to perform in their roles. You will drive the on-boarding process to ensure that all new employees to the division are professionally introduced and inducted to the operation.

The role will require you to liaise with a broad range of people across the operation from Executive Housekeepers and General Manager’s through to Housekeeping employees and other relevant operational managers. You will be conducting needs analysis and continually looking at ways to improve procedures an workplace practices to ensure the highest level of productivity and professionalism is attained.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a large Housekeeping operation within a hotel or resort environment. Any prior experience in a Training capacity will be highly regarded, as would be a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. You will be a confident, self motivated and exceptional communicator with the ability to drive change and achieve results. This is an exceptional opportunity to join this progressive organisation!
