Our client is one of Australia’s leading resort operations located in the stunning Whitsunday’s and an excellent opportunity currently exists for a true service professional to oversee one of the outlets of this amazing resort operation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a hotel or resort environment and have demonstrated experience in a supervisory role. This is a truly hands on operational role where you will assist the Manager in the day to day operation of the outlet. This is an amazing outlet which is popular with guests and provides a menu focused on Modern Australian cuisine. Set amongst tropical landscaped gardens and overlooking the pool, this restaurant offers a fantastic buffet breakfast as well as a delicious lunchtime snack menu and a la carte dinner.

You will be passionate about food and wine and up to date with current trends in the Australian food scene. You will be a self motivated individual who works well under pressure and has a passion for dealing with people.
