The successful candidate will have proven experience in a hotel or resort environment and have demonstrated experience in a management role. This is a truly hands on operational role where you will be directly responsible for the management of the day to day operation of the outlet. Located on the beach front, this is an amazing outlet which is popular with guests and provides a menu focused on Modern Australian cuisine.

You will be passionate about food and wine and up to date with current trends in the Australian food scene. You will be a self motivated individual who works well under pressure and has a passion for dealing with people.
