Konekt is a national provider, dealing with Blue Chip customers across a broad range of services, including Injury Management, Incident Management, OHS, Pre-Employment and Job Placement Services. Konekt Townsville is a friendly and dynamic multi-disciplinary team, where you will work with employers across a range of industries.
As a consultant in our team you will be involved in providing and helping grow the following types of services:
• Adjustment to Injury counselling
• Vocational counselling
• Pain Management programs and counselling
• Holistic management of clients with complex physical and psychological injuries
• Delivering ????? ????? sessions
• Case management
The successful applicant will need to:
• Have tertiary qualifications in Psychology and preferably be registered or undertaking your registration.
• Possess strong communication skills and be able to develop a rapport easily with clients and customers
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Have an understanding of case management principles and how to apply these to complex case workloads
Whilst previous experience in occupational rehab is ideally sought applications from graduates eligible for registration will be considered.
