We are partnering ????? ????? client who possesses an impeccable reputation for delivering ????? ????? civil infrastructure projects across New South Wales. This company has grown and continues to grow at an expediential rate. Since its inception over 25 years ago, it has grown in capability to offer a diverse range of services including; civil engineering, heavy haulage, plant hire, landscaping, mining, quarrying, sub-divisions, roads, bridges, rail, and site remediation.
To accommodate its growth, an opportunity exists for a Civil Project Manager to be located in the Hunter Valley, a region rich and diverse and surrounded by mines, wineries, agriculture, equestrian centres and just over an hour away from the beaches of Newcastle.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be the principle point of contact for liaising with the client, EPCM and regulatory bodies. You will manage a broad portfolio of projects throughout the region supervising direct reports including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Managers and Supervisors.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Co-ordinating site set up on new projects
- Implementation of existing OHS policies and procedures
- Monitoring ????? ????? activities to ensure quality project delivery
- Management of contracts including progress claims and variations, invoicing, and monthly reporting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with project clients
This role requires a relationship focussed engineering ????? ?????, with strong communication, organisational and team management skills. A Degree in Civil Engineering ????? ????? must and experience within the mining industry will be highly regarded
