Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work as part of the management team and take a proactive role to lead from the front. The key responsibilities in this challenging role include the following:
- Facilitate training and professional development of staff
- Promote the firm by using different business development strategies
- Ensure compliance requirements are met, including reviewing financial statements etc.
- Develop products and services to meet the needs of clients
To be successful in this position, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have a strong business services background. An ability to lead, manage and motivate a team is crucial. Team playing capabilities, coupled with professional written and verbal communication skills will see you well equipped for this role.
