Our client, a progressive firm that integrates accounting and financial service solutions to clients, is looking for an Accountant to lead and develop their team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work as part of the management team and take a proactive role to lead from the front. The key responsibilities in this challenging role include the following:

• Facilitate training and professional development of staff
• Promote the firm by using different business development strategies
• Ensure compliance requirements are met, including reviewing financial statements etc.
• Develop products and services to meet the needs of clients

To be successful in this position, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have a strong business services background. An ability to lead, manage and motivate a team is crucial. Team playing capabilities, coupled with professional written and verbal communication skills will see you well equipped for this role.
