Having experienced significant growth in the past decade, and expanded their manufacturing and distribution operations to match their client's requirements, this major supplier to the FMCG industry in Queensland and throughout Australia is looking to appoint a new Warehouse Supervisor to their Cairns DC.

With considerable contracts across transport and distribution and due to internal growth, this will be a position of responsibility and will see you manage a team of 9 warehouse staff and performing duties including setting KPI's, holding regular performance meetings and coordinating the effective transition of shifts. Ideally you will have several years experience in a similar position within manufacturing, or warehousing, have a background with fresh food, possess strong communication skills, particularly displaying the ability to manage a diverse number of people.

This is a permanent position with the potential for future career progression.
