To deliver employment and training services in these areas, CatholicCare is seeking passionate and talented team players to deliver exceptional service as Employment Facilitators.

Employment Facilitators should:

·          Individualise solutions to job-seekers and employers

·          Enhance employment competitiveness

·          Build relationships with local employers

·          Build employment and training solutions for local employers

·          Target focussed performance/people in jobs

·          Have experience in Job Networking and Marketing
