Working in a unique mining environment this international base metals mining company is looking to recruit a French speaking Training Manager. Having worked in the mining industry it is absolutely essential that you speak french and are competent in both written and spoken french to be considered for this role.

The challenge ahead is to increase the competence of all staff at a processing facility and open pit mining operation. You will need to facilitate the ongoing development of safety and production training for both fixed and mobile plant , develop local training initiatives and improve the technical ability of the trades and white collar workers.

A large focus will be the delivery of training and the development strategy for implementation of training, its associated timelines and framework for the structured training program.This position is one that will challenge even the most competent individual but it will also provide a unique opportunity to have a positive impact on many people whilst challenging an individual at many levels. a degree qualification in OHS or HSE is also highly desirable.
