Our client based in West London is looking for a Team Manager to join their Adults Learning Disabilities team.

Our client is looking for a Pro Active Team Manager that has proven experience within the Learning Disabilities field. This Rapidly expending borough offers excellent scope for career progression.

The Main Duties for this Qualified Social Work job will include:

• Assessments and Care Planning
• Service Provision and on-going Care Management
• To develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, volunteers, clients, carers, health staff and other agencies
• To ensure that workloads are prioritised and allocated effectively
