Our Client is a world leader in the production of mid range industrial Gas Turbines for use in the Power Generation Industry. They have always been at the forefront of designing , manufacturing and maintaining reliable and energy efficient industrial turbines. Their products are utilised internationally and as such they retain globally skilled employees responsible for the servicing and commissioning of some of the largest clients and projects in the Power Generation and Oil and Gas Industries. In Esperance they operate and maintain a 33 MW Gas fired Power station on behalf of one of their major clients .
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of both the Power Station and its 340km gas pipeline . Reporting directly to the District Services Manager and working closely with the client you will manage a small team responsible for ensuring smooth operation and high efficiency.
You will have an electrical background and possess relevant high voltage licenses. It is critical you have sound relevant experience and a proven ability to manage a Gas fired Power station. An additional expectation will be that you can demonstrate key competencies to suit this high profile and responsible position.
