The Child Health Team at Plenty Valley Community Health is seeking to employ a part time (3 days per week) Families in Partnership Worker to be part of a new partnership project in the City of .
The Families in Partnership project is governed by a project steering ????? ????? includes Northern Region Early Intervention Services (ECIS Intake, Norparrin, EPIC), Whittlesea Family Services Alliance (Anglicare Vic), PVCH and the City of Whittlesea.
This innovative project will be undertaken over two years and provide support and advice to families with young children on waiting lists for specialist support services in the City of .
The successful applicant will have experience working across a range of early years, family or community services and will want to be part of shaping an integrated early years’ service system for young children requiring ????? ????? services.
Flexible hours of work including extended leave over school holidays are negotiable. Salary is at equivalent rate of Grade 2 Allied Health Professional.
