Occupational Therapist

Permanent Part Time Position

Opportunity to join a growing organisation

The service is seeking to employ a qualified Grade 2 Occupational Therapist with experience and a keen interest in group facilitation. Experience in community health is desirable.

This part time position (0.8 EFT) will assist the Adult Allied Health Team in the delivery of a comprehensive variety of Occupational Therapy services. This service range includes simple and comprehensive home visits and home modifications, through to group based early intervention for chronic disease and HACC Active Service Model initiatives.

You will be an active participant in our multi-disciplinary Adult Allied Health Team focussed on providing holistic and comprehensive services to clients, working in collaboration with our Population Health team.

You will be required to work autonomously in the delivery of home based Occupational Therapy services, with the support of the Occupational Therapy Team and Allied Health Assistants. This position also involves facilitation of Community Integration group programs.
