Our award winning client is searching for an innovative, passionate and experienced Sous chef to head this dedicated team.
With our extensive range of gourmet upmarket food your attention to freshness & quality will ensure top results for our guests everytime. We have loyal and regular clientel as well as functions for weddings and corporate catering.
To be successful in this role you will possess a passion for delivering ????? ????? cuisine and have worked as a Sous chef in either a hotel, club or restaurant. You will need strong people management skills and the ability to control kitchen costs through effective practises
