Office Administrator

  • Elwood - Part-time (three days per week)

You are an office administrator with experience in professional services (ideally accounting).
 
You enjoy working with women and can cope in a fast paced environment. 
 
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Update client details/contacts in database
  • Prepare bulk emails
  • Prepare bulk mail out letters
  • Stationery ordering
  • Banking
  • Receipting debtors
  • Chasing debtors
  • Preparing engagement letters
  • Archiving, scanning, photocopying, filing
  • Keeping compactus in order
  • Managing Directors diary
  • Update Excel spreadsheet
  • Reception - Meet and greet, answer phones and take messages
