Office Administrator
- Elwood - Part-time (three days per week)
- Up to $50K pro rata

You are an office administrator with experience in professional services (ideally accounting).
You enjoy working with women and can cope in a fast paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Update client details/contacts in database
- Prepare bulk emails
- Prepare bulk mail out letters
- Stationery ordering
- Banking
- Receipting debtors
- Chasing debtors
- Preparing engagement letters
- Archiving, scanning, photocopying, filing
- Keeping compactus in order
- Managing Directors diary
- Update Excel spreadsheet
- Reception - Meet and greet, answer phones and take messages
