The ElsternwicK Club is a successful bowling club seeking to appoint an experienced hospitality professional as Duty Supervisor. This is a family friendly club with excellent facilities located in a heritage listed Victorian mansion in Elsternwick. Facilities include restaurant, functions, gaming, bars, members and bowling activities.
Responsibilities will be the 'hands on' supervision of the operations in the gaming and bars including cash handling, gaming reconciliations using System One, staff training and promotion of the venue to new and existing members. Sound computer skills with experience in System One/Gold Coin and an enthusiastic, friendly personality and current industry accreditations are essential. Excellent salary and working conditions in a safe environment including five weeks annual leave per year.
