This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the worlds leading food organisations, who have experienced tremendous growth due to their continued commitment to investment and innovation into people and plant.
Reporting to the Site HR Manager the main purpose of the role will be to develop and deliver H&S systems and procedures across the site, you will also provide support and expertise to help develop group wide H&S initiatives.
Ideally you will be qualified to degree level in H&S Management and have gained extensive experience within a manufacturing environment. You will also have in depth experience of work cover, and be able to demonstrate a track record of developing and implementing policies and procedures.
A dynamic and forward thinking individual you will have excellent communication skills and be prepared to challenge the status quo.
