National Credit Management Ltd is a national provider of credit management services throughout Australia. NCML is one of the most progressive providers of credit management, legal and debt recovery services for many of Australia’s leading financial institutions and government departments.
We are looking for a number of highly motivated individuals to join our Collections Team in Eastwood. As a Collector you will be responsible for the collection of the consumer debts in accordance with NCML and industry guidelines.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have at least 12 months collections experience, exceptional communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours. A key ingredient to your success will be your proficiency in handling high volume collections work. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of industry practices in a similar working environment and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
