 This large privately owned company who has been operating for over 60 years is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer. The finance team consists of 10 working from their head office in Brisbane and the company has facilities not only in Australia but also in North America and Asia.

Working within a busy  team environment on Brisbane's Outer Southside, you will be responsible for the full function Accounts Payable, reporting directly to the Senior Accounts Payable Officer & Financial Accountant.

Your responsibilities will include: Matching of supporting documents to invoices, Investigating Discrepancies, Account Coding, High Volume data entry, Reconciliation of supplier statements to creditors ledger, Management of petty cash balance and Adhoc accounting support.

This position would suit a candidate with experience within a similar role. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
