We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our management team and help lead our kitchen in conjunction with our Head Chef.
 
Ceviche  Restaurant has been in operation for over 6 years. We have just moved to a new location right on Coogee beach and we have a new team in place
 
The clientele include Coogee business and residents as well as international visitors.
 
Sound  knowledge of French & Modern Australian Food is essential  

must be a good team player

good salary for the right applicant
