Registered Nurse - Same Day Centre

Same Day Centre

Full-time Monday – Friday
Opening hours 06.30 – 18.00

The Same Day Centre is a transition area for patients who are admitted on the day of surgery. The Unit also cares for patients who undergo day only procedures. The RN provides pre & post operative education, assessment and care for patients.

The successful applicant will be orientated to the Unit.

Essential criteria:

Be eligible to register with the NSW Nurses Registration BoardHave significant surgical experience.

Have excellent clinical assessment skills.

Have excellent written & communication skills.

A knowledge and commitment to OH&S, Risk Management and Infection Control principles.

Commitment to the Mission & Values of the Sister of Charity.
