Non Sales Call Centre Operators

 

 

Professional call ????? ????? are required for a friendly, values based non-sales call ????? ????? in Sydney ’s Eastern Suburbs.

 

The successful applicants need to be happy, easy going individuals – “the glass is half full” type of people!

 

They should possess the following attributes:

• A customer service focus with a thoroughly professional phone manner;
• An ability to always follow procedures to the letter;
• Confidence and the ability to communicate on all levels from the mailroom to the boardroom;
• Fluent, high level English skills a must;
• Computer literacy with excellent data entry skills;
• Able to multi task;
• Shift flexibility (day, afternoon and evening/night)
• The ability to work and play well with others.
• a CAN DO attitude.

 

Security Monitoring ????? ????? highly regarded – experience using CAMS software a definite plus however not essential as training will be provided.

 

We have 2 full-time positions for dayshift staff (??) ???? ????) on a 4 week rotating roster. The salary we offer is well above the standard call ????? ????? for the right people.
