Our client is a large and reputable Australian organisation. Due to a recent restructure they are now looking for a Fixed Assets Accountant to join their team. This company offers quick career progression for the right candidate and long term stability.
 
As the Fixed Assets Accountant you will report into the Group Financial Controller and your role will be broad and varied. You will be responsible for provision of fixed assets accounting services, month/year end close and G/L asset's reconciliations. This role also gives you an opportunity to improve your business partnering skills. You will also get cross trained in other areas.
 
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Commerce
• Assistant Accountant or Fixed Assets experience from a large company
• Exposure to a large ERP system (ideal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to liaise with people at all levels of the business
