Peter Mac houses Australia’s largest cancer research program, with over 400 scientist, students, clinician-researchers and support staff. Our laboratory is seeking a Research Assistant to facilitate work on the role of cell polarity in cancer and immunology.
We seek a highly motivated, suitably experienced and qualified individual with a strong track record in animal handling. Experience in cell culture and molecular biology is also desirable. You must have good organisational and communication skills, attention for detail, and the ability to carry out work efficiently and independently.
The position is full-time for an initial period of 12 months with the opportunity to extend. Remuneration will be based on the level of experience.
