The Pavilion is located in the Fitzroy Gardens in East Melbourne. Trading 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch.

We are seeking an experienced head waiter/supervisor who is looking at taking the next step in their career. This position is 5 days a week with weekends a must.

The Pavilion is a very faced past environment which requires someone hands on that can multi task and work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, responsible, honest and passionate about the industry.

 The position requires the candidate to:

·          Supervisor staff

·          Maintain outstanding customer service

·          Staff Training

·          Maintain polices & procedures

·          Work closely with the chef

·          Assist owners with day to day operation of venue

  Must have experience in the following:

·          Coffee skills

·          Minimum one year experience in a supervising role

·          Minimum two years experience in a cafe/restaurant

·          Wine Knowledge

·          RSA
