Drill and Blast Engineer - Queensland - Coal

A Drill and Blast Engineer is needed to step into a varied role in open-cut coal in the Bowen Basin. Reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer on site, you will be based residentially on be working on a 5-2 roster. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Design and implementation of site drill and blast processes
- Forecasting, planning and scheduling
- Compliance with site health and safety standards
To be considered for this role you will need: - A degree qualification in Mining Engineering
- 2 years experience in open cut coal, in an Engineering ????? ?????
- Be competent in mine planning software
- Some exposure to mine surveying and mine planning
Salaries will be in the range of $(??) ???? ????k and will be commensurate with experience.
