The Opportunity We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced, best in Media sales executive with proven results in media / advertising or "outdoor" markets join our high performing media team. You will be responsible for the growth and management of new business as well as manage / grow existing accounts across VIC. Our current customers range from SME's to larger global corporate across all sectors, not just retail. Responsibilities: - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual media budgets
- Selling experiential sites, media and sponsorships.
- Optimise the number of long term clients
- Identify new opportunities and build key long term partnerships with Marketing departments and media agencies
- Develop a sound knowledge of sites, demographics, traffic, MAT, major retailers and trade area information of all centres
- Utilise research in the sales process and action accordingly
- Develop, negotiate and secure ongoing commercial contracts
- Strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Customer relationship management
Professional Skills & Knowledge - Sales and Account Management experience
- Media Sales experience and a detailed understanding of all media forms
- A detailed understanding of solutions sales, consulting and creative media
- An ability to drive new business growth
- Strong Business acumen including Strategic planning
- Customer Service
- Strong level of IT literacy
- Ideally Degree/Diploma qualified
- Strong organisation and time management skills
