Ideally, you will possess the following skills:
- Leadership and management skills
- Past retail experience leading teams of 6 or more
- Ability to encourage empowerment and ownership
- Amazing Store and Merchandise presentation standards
- Focus and commitment to achieve budgeted sales and margin targets
- Ability to create a strong and friendly people-oriented culture
- A passion to influence and motivate people to achieve
