The firm handles debt recovery ,motor vehicle claims and legal enforcement in all jurisdictions throughout Australia.

The Legal Cadet programme provides 18 months of intense hands on, practical experience and mentoring,prior to being offered a Junior Lawyer position.

Cadets will work within different collections areas within Prushka and will then progress through handling different legal processes and successful graduates will be offered legal roles directly within Mendelsons Lawyers.

The programme focuses on developing written and telephone communication skills, legal strategies and is system -focused.

Candidates must have;

Law Degree;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Excellent command of English language and grammar;

Intermediate Word and Outlook;

Clear and concise phone manner;

Legal research skills;

 

Applicants must have a desire to specialize within the debt recovery, legal enforcement and insolvency areas of legal practice.
