This is an outstanding position for an experienced Clinical Care Manager who is seeking an organisation that is committed to a staff focused culture and providing excellence in clinical care for their residents. Reporting to the Executive, you will be responsible for the clinical management across this 100+ high and low care home.

We are seeking a Clinical Care Manager who is committed to providing an aged care service that is dignified, caring and compassionate whilst maintaining comprehensive systems and documentation. As the successful candidate you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage, motivate and further develop the cohesive team. To secure this highly sort after role you will be;

• A Registered Nurse Division 1 in the State of Victoria
• Able to work Monday to Friday
• Working Knowledge of ACFI
• Well-developed assessment and organisational skills
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
• Hold a current police check
