As a major international organisation this company provides project delivery services to the power, infrastructure, resources and industrial sectors.
 
With a strong presence throughout Australia they are in the process of expanding their design team in Victoria.  The primary function of the role will involve supporting the interstate design teams as well as building a specialist design team in their Melbourne office.
 
To be successful in this role you will have an Electrical Engineering Degree with previous experience in primary substation design within Australia.
 
The role will involve developing power or protection single line diagrams, preparing layout designs of high voltage substations, designing substation protection and control systems.  You will also be involved in designing AC/DC auxiliary systems, earth grids and lightning protection schemes, writing high voltage plant specifications and data sheets.
 
This role is available on a contract basis for somebody with 5-10 years local design experience.
