A unique position has arisen for a civil or structural engineer to join a medium close knit organisation based in the East of Melbourne.
Involved in the design, manufacture and supply of structural components to the building and civil industry they currently require a 3-5 year civil engineer. With a background in bridges you will be able to understand designs and also have experience on site.
Predominately a site role, this position is viewed as a long term investment for the future. The see the lucky candidate as one of the senior managers of the future therefore will be investing heavily in both time and money to ensure the individual can lead the company in the future.
The role will involve a lot of client liaising and business development therefore the candidates personality and communication skills are essential. With a 5 day, 38 hour working week, our client prides themselves on work lifestyle balance and the security and development of their staff.
