We have vacancies available at a leading Melbourne contact centre in Burwood.
 
You will be speaking to existing customers and reviewing customer accounts to see if there is potential to save them money, re-contract or offer new services. Warm calls only!
 
Working with such a large company there will be plenty of variety in your work and you will work across multiple campaigns - no chance of getting bored!
 
Tuesday-Saturday hours rostered between 8am-8pm. You will receive the same set shift (no rotating roster!) Training runs for the first 6-8 weeks and is Monday-Friday

This role will commence late November.
 
Direct sales & call centre experience will be highly regarded.
