Established in 1901 and situated in a botanical setting, the company has a sound market position and has constantly remained responsive to its increasingly diverse client base.
The organisation employs 172 staff who are supported by an organisational structure comprising Operations, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT.
Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, the successful candidate will perform all functions associated with the Call ????? ????? the Bookings departments.
Duties will include (but are not be limited to) answering ????? ?????, dealing with customer enquiries, ensuring ????? ????? followed up in a timely manner, making outbound calls to follow up on information/queries or to outline products/services, processing email relating to general enquiries and complaints, ensuring ????? ????? taken accurately and assisting key stakeholders.
We are looking for a well presented individual who prides themselves on providing exceptional customer service. A clear and professional phone manner, the ability to work in a team based environment and Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills are essential to this role.
A salary of $40,000 plus super is on offer with a range of other benefits including full uniform, a monthly RDO, on-site parking and the opportunity to work close to home.
