We are searching for an experienced Town Planner to join and lead a vibrant, respected and growing team of planners at our local government client.

Your responsibilities as a key senior member of this team will include town planning assessments a broad range of developments from residential, to commercial and industrial. In addition you will be working with developers, neighbouring ????? ????? other council departments on a range of zoning issues and other subdivision issues.

A clear communicator you will have a requirement to liaise with various group, report on projects, represent council at tribunal hearings and negotiate planning issues to obtain positive outcomes.

Prior town planning experience at a local government level will be required and you will be the holder of a town planning degree or similar and will be familiar with recent planning schemes.
