Responsibilities will include;

• Take off quantities
• Source, compare an d correlate quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Prepare Bill of Quantities
• Purchase orders
• Liaise with site and various internal staff
• Problem solve as required

If you come from an Estimating background, have advanced skills in communications, presentation, client liaison and negotiation then this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

Candidates with over 3 years' experience in the home building sector are encourage d to apply.

The successful candidate will be;

• 2+ years in an estimating role, preferably within the volume home building industry
• A qualification in Building / Construction and / or trade experience is highly desirable
• Have a high ability level to interpret, understand and communicate working drawings together with construction detail drawings.
• Superior / highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills
• Working experience using Timberline would be an advantage
• Highly organised €“ ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
• Working knowledge of the building and construction process
