Well respected in the homebuilding sector, this company is family oriented and has a very strong team environment. As an experienced production estimator you will be expected to develop bill of quantities, generate purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors and develop relationships with internal and external people and conduct all production and sales estimating duties.
The candidate will have ideally have several years experience within boutique residential estimating, be conversant in Databuild, Techbuild or any other estimating software and willing to join a small but forward thinking team environment.
