With offices and staff in across Australian this National Company demonstrates a solid foundation in the Australian market. Currently seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator, this is an integral part of this company that will require an enthusiastic candidate with a pro-active attitude. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following: - Receiving, screening and distributing incoming telephone enquiries
- Customer liaising
- Administration duties
- Meeting and Greeting clients and customers
- Typing of general documents, correspondence and inputting of data
- Mail, couriers and distribution of faxes
It is paramount that presentation and customer service is of the highest standard. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a high level of organisation skills and the ability to multi-task. If you have worked in a similar role and have exceptional communication skills, the ability to liaise with clients, have intermediate MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook skills we want to hear from you!
