Senior Site Safety Superintendent position available

We require a fully qualified Site Safety Officer to join their busy team of staff.

 

This full-time position,  completing safety inspections, file management and reporting as required.

 

You will be also be responsible for safety of mining operations (open cut and underground) and ensuring ????? ????? statutory requirements and legislation,

to review and conduct personnel safety training, perform safety and workplace inspections, assess risks and investigate incidents.

 

Hold a relevant Workplace Health & Safety Qualification

hold a Senior First Aid Certificate

have strong construction industry experience and be reliable and hardworking

Good communication skills, both verbally and written

The ability to work well with others in a team environment as well as work unsupervised

Computer literate with Microsoft packages

A mining industry background preferred but not essential

 

Salary is negotiable and shall be discussed upon application.
