SPARE PARTS MANAGER
AUTOMOTIVE
This position has responsibility for the full
parts operation and requires a confident and
well-organised personality with current parts
management experience in a franchised
dealership.
Major responsibilities include:
Strong leadership, motivation and
accountability for parts staff
Marketing of the Parts department
Meeting performance benchmarks and
controlling expenses
Control and management of stock
Reporting departmental performance
against targets
Monitoring ????? ????? a safe workplace
in accordance wirh OH&S requirements
You will have:
Excellent working knowledge of the
automotive industry
Effective time management skills
First class communication skills
A strong focus on providing exceptional
customer service
