We are seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator and Design Specialist to join our Account Services team. You will help manage customer marketing campaigns primarily from a design, build and execution perspective as well as providing ongoing support.  A key focus will be on design, HTML build and optimisation of client work as well as liaising with clients or their design agencies on the same.

Through Account Coordination of leading Australian and global brands, you will apply industry best practices to deliver high performing campaigns that meet the customer’s business goals.

Additionally you will use your exceptional communication and customer service skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues as well as implement train new and existing clients, to increase use of the ExactTarget application and maintain high customer satisfaction rates.

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:

•    Degree in Marketing/Business/IT
•    Strong design and HTML skills are an absolute must
•    Web/graphic design and development skills
•    Campaign/project management and execution experience
•    Experience with web based applications, products and services
•    Excellent organisational and communication skills
•    Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and issue resolution abilities
•    Customer service background a benefit
•    Quick learner, adaptable
•    Attention to detail
