Due to the continued growth and success of this global leader in Power protection and Precision environmental control solutions an amazing role for a Service Supervisor has emerged.

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will work closely with internal and external customers in ensuring ????? ????? progress smoothly.

 

You will also be responsible for:

 

• Day to day management of a team of air conditioning technicians
• Preparations of customer quotations for minor works
• Management of technicians preventative maintenance schedules and completion rates
• Creating sales opportunities by promoting ENP service capability
• Coaching technicians to deliver a superior levels of service to existing clients
• Have a good understanding of compliance and manpower route planning and management
• Manage monthly maintenance budgets

  

To win this amazing role you will have:

 

• Trade qualifications (Refrigeration and Air conditioning)
• Significant technical trade experience in the HVAC industry
• Some experience as a supervisor in a technical services role
• Critical Air Conditioning product range exposure will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated knowledge of ERP systems and intermediate level MS office skills with excel an advantage
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
