We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Service Manager to join our Victorian Service Team. You will be responsible for managing of a team of Service Engineers including setting group objectives, policies and programmes within the context of the overall State’s goals and, where appropriate, recommending standards and setting targets. You will also have profit and loss responsibilities in order to achieve short term and long term business/policy objectives that maximise sales and profitability.
The ideal candidate has relevant formal engineering ????? ????? (e.g. certificate in engineering ????? ?????/or trade course – electrical, mechanical) and considerable management experience within the water treatment industry or a related industry. Sound technical and commercial knowledge of the water treatment industry and a good understanding of accounting principles as well as the ability to prepare budgets, minimise costs and maximise profits is also required. You must be enthusiastic, able to work autonomously and be able to create and maintain internal and external relationships. Regional and interstate travel is required.
